The Old Town canoe with serial number 162882 is a 16 foot long, CS (common sense or middle) grade, Yankee model with a keel. It was built between December, 1954 and May, 1955. The original exterior paint color was white. It shipped on May 20th, 1955 to Saginaw, Michigan. A scan of this build record can be found below.
