Old Town serial number ID and Cedar Strip Maine canoe ID

Hi, I'm new to the board so I hope I'm not overdoing it by asking these two questions. I was hoping someone might have some info on a old town with the serial number 161693 16? I also have what I was told is a Maine Cedar Strip canoe, is anyone able to identify it by just the few pics I've attached?
