LOVES Wooden Canoes
Tom McCloud restored a great canoe. Then arranged to paddle it near Ludington, Michigan where it was built.
Look at the great Front Page story in the local paper...

Thanks for doing such a great job on this canoe Tom. This type of story really helps get the word out about restoring wooden canoes and the joys of paddling them.
Thanks also mentioning the WCHA in the story.

I must get the southern edition. I do not see anything about canoes. What am I doing wrong.

The link must go to the front page of each day...so worked great yesterday to go to the Sunday paper where Tom and his Haskell were featured. I'll see if we can get a link to that edition.
sorry

The abbreviated version linked above makes mention of a canoe painted with "Princeton colors."
Here is a not-very-good picture of that canoe at this past summer's Assembly -- and as you see, the remarkable paint job is more than just Princeton colors --

It would be nice if we could get a picture of the Haskell that is the focus of the article.
