Ufo

Attached are a couple pictures of the canoe that came along with the Double-Ended boat I picked up last month. I have no idea what make it is. There is no serial number and no decks. It measures 16 ft. long, 34.5" wide, ribs are 3.5" on center, 1.5" wide each, 5/16" thick. Both ribs and planking appear to be White Cedar. The slat seats are oak or ash. The canoe has a lot of rocker - looks like a banana when upside down. I don't know how it could ever go in a straight line. My first thoughts were that it's Canadian in origin. The former owner started working on it using Bondo to fill in a few holes. Any thoughts?

My first impression is Peterborough....Maybe Champlain?
Oh, wait.... Wide cant ribs.. Maybe Chestnut. Still guessing..
