Torpedo canoe

does anyone know where to get a set of plans to built a torpedo style canoe?

You might take a look at "The Stripper's Guide to Canoe-Building" by David Hazen (available used from Amazon and elsewhere), for a design with a torpedo-style stem, not quite like that in your pictures, but perhaps adaptable.
