Hello all, we were in Shaftesbury, Dorset, the High St. at the weekend and in an antiques shop, at the back was a Strickland, hull contrasting woods, some small hull repairs and a fairly serious case of woodworm. There was also an interesting plaque : donated 1922 by the Misses Smith to Oundle canoe club.
I asked the price : £1300 (!) I said I was working on a very similar canoe and there plenty of work needed there but no change. Still, it looks good.
