Stem band cleaner?

I know I saw a thread on this several months ago but can't find it through a search.
What is the best product to brighten up the bands that have been waiting in my garage to be installed?

Hi Howard,

If you have any oxidation or heat staining , go over them lightly with ultra fine sand paper (400-600) first. Then any good metal polish will do. I've used "Brasso" and "Aircraft never Dull" with good results.
