LOVES Wooden Canoes
The Old Town canoe with serial number 62707 is a 17 foot long CS grade HW with a keel and sponsons. It was built between September, 1920 and February, 1921. The original exterior canvas covering was dark red. It shipped on March 17, 1921 to Albany, NY. A scan of this build record can be found by following the link behind the attached thumbnail image below.
This scan and several hundred thousand others were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
