LOVES Wooden Canoes
The Old Town canoe with serial number 108696 is a 17 foot long AA grade HW with a keel, outside stems, floor rack and sponsons. It was built between January and March, 1931. The original exterior canvas covering was maroon with a white stripe. It shipped on April, 1931 to Newcomb, N.Y.. This scan and several hundred thousand others were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
