Canoe Pilot
Chapter One and The Three Rivers chapter will hold a joint paddle on June 21, 2008 on the southeast branch of the Allegheny Reservoir (approximately 6 miles from Warren, Pa.) in the Kiasutha Recreation Area. There are restrooms, water and ice available and a large campground for anyone wanting to spend the weekend. We will meet at the site between 10:30 and 11:00 am. Everyone should plan to bring their own lunch, beverages and perhaps a dish to pass around.
Any WCHA member or guest is invited to join us for a fun day of friendship and paddling and we hope to have quite a cornucopia of beautiful wooden canoes.
