Old Town Lapstreak Rowboats

I'm currently repairing and repainting a series of wooden lapstreak
rowboats at the childrens summer camp that I work for in NH .

The boats are 10 ' long and 4' beam, wooden and have 2 rowing stations.

One of the older "Trustees" said that 5 were obtained in the early 60's
and they are Old Town boats.

The bow stem and under the seats have embossed serial numbers.
The one I have listed is 10-05515 .

Can these be traced in the Old Town archive records. They should
be listed as sold to Camp Onaway .

Thanks for any feedback.....now back to my painting !

There are separate records for the Old Town row boats like the ones shown in the image attached below from the 1965 catalog which are not currently available on line. I would encourage you to contact the factory and ask them to search the boat records on the bottom shelf for the information you want. They will probably charge $3 each for them as listed at http://oldtown.wcha.org/parts.html under part number 01.1332.0100. Please reply here if this does not get an answer to your question. Thanks,

Benson
