Old Town 16' HW # 14031 16 Build Record

Would you please post a copy of the build record for Old Town 16' HW # 14031 16. We have done this before and know that it was built in 1910 - sold to a family up Maine. The canoe is now on it's way to Tennessee to start another life and I can find my copy!
