Who hid my paddle?
Some may recall the 13' OT project that The Roxinator and I did for Emory. Even made the Marquette Mining News. Thanks for the article Denis.

Well, Emory is heading off to the family plantation in S. Carolina and is going to bring back another canoe for an assessment. It is longer narrower and sleeker than the Old Town 13', but what isn't? It was his father's, dating back to when his dad was in school in 1918. It is tender, and graceful. It should show up here sometime in May. It is said to be in much better shape than the OT. It may be 'glassed.

"with my grip will I grapple the gruesome 'glass fiend." --not quite Beowolf.

I wonder----------

dave, you know i am looking to get a canoe transported to s.c. could you ask emory if he would consider carrying it for some gas money?
