This is as close as we have, as far as I know. If there is a way to search the photos, I'd love to hear about it as well!

On the green menu bar above is a drop-down called "Community" - in that menu is a link to "Attachment Gallery"

There is a search utility that will allow you to search for words found in the filename or tags - which is only useful if the uploaded image has a meaningful filename or the owner of the image added tags to their image.
