The Old Town canoe with serial number 177402 is a 16 foot long Otca model with wide planking and a keel. It was built between December, 1966 and March, 1967. The original exterior paint color was red. It shipped on March 23rd, 1967 to Rochester, New York. A scan of this build record can be found by following the link at the attached thumbnail image below.
This scan and several hundred thousand more were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others as you probably know well.
