As far as I know, no. However, they are ALL on a flashdrive, and that is available here:

As Mark said, the back issues of Wooden Canoe are not available on-line. The Archive Collection is available from the WCHA Store (http://store.wcha.org/WCHA-Magazine-Back-Issues/) for a measly 100 bucks.
We are gearing up to make individual issues available as digital downloads through the store, but for those who will want more than a couple issues, the Archive will be a true bargain.
