Can anybody help with an idea to my post on 8/7 . I put photos up of our mystery canoe #18540 45 16

This canoe doesn't look like a White, but that serial number looks like the White format. Certainly any company that built 18540 canoes was a major builder, which fits White. If a White, it would have been built in 1945, and 16 feet long. Does the planking have beveled edges? Tom McCloud
