Curious about Wooden Canoes
Hey all,
I've made some seats for the cedar strip I'm building and wove some 550 paracord into them. They are really strong. I placed them across some boards and stood on them while I bounced. I weave hammocks out of this stuff and have 10's of thousands of feet in assorted colors.
I also inlayed some arrows into the cherry to match one of my feature strips. My first attempt was alright so I tried some color patterns in the weave. My next try will be with a tighter weave. I'll post some pics as I go.
