If anyone going to Assembly is in need of quality Sassafras or Black Walnut paddle blanks to try your hand at making your own paddle, I could bring a few to assembly with me.
All blanks are 5/4 (1 1/4") X 9 -10" wide X 5' 6" - 6' long.
Blanks are all flat or rift sawn (best flexibility) by a portable bandsaw sawyer who makes paddles himself (me) so you know that the best grain orientation has been secured from each log cant.
I can't bring a lot but can bring some. PM me for further info if you are interested or in need .
