The Old Town canoe with serial number 174054 is shown as 16 feet long Guide model built with narrow planking (2 ¾”) and equipped with a keel. The canoe was built between June August 1964. The original exterior paint was royal blue. It was shipped to Seattle, Washington on November 20, 1964. A scan of this build record can be found by following the link behind the thumbnail images attached below.
This scan and several hundred thousand others were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
