1948 16' Old Town Square Stern motor boat S/N 151608

I need to sell my 1948 Square Stern. It's a AA grade and originally had a 48" mahogany deck, as well as mahogany rails, seats and transom. The boat was in very rough shape when I got it, and so underwent an extensive restoration. We replaced a lot of ribs and planking, the rails, keel and transom. The bow deck, which was totally missing, was replaced with a new mahogany deck which approximatesthe original (we couldn't find an actual example to copy, only pictures).
In sum, it is really nice looking ( frequently, alas, mistaken for fiberglass), but probably not museum quality or of interest to a purist.
Would anyone venture an opinion what this boat might be worth? I'm looking for a fair price, not a killing.

The messages at http://forums.wcha.org/showthread.php?57 may be helpful in determining the value although this information is focused on canoes without a transom. The classifieds at http://classifieds.wcha.org/ have some examples of similar boats for comparison. Several have recently been listed on eBay recently as shown at http://www.ebay.com/itm/291171117088 and http://www.ebay.com/itm/261505972186 along with a current listing at http://www.ebay.com/itm/151256028555 but none of these have sold. Good luck,

Benson
