Young Canoe-maker

Anybody coming to Assembly from Wisconsin this year? If so, you could send the leftovers along for us to sample.
 
Leftovers? The venison was a young deer and tender, mostly. the recipe was my daughter's, Chef Stef. And the Roxinator did the rest. I am pretty sure the only thing left over would be the container.

If you have cheese and dried meat advice to share could you put a small pic of same on your nametag? I am looking for places in WI to stop for same. Not really on topic here.
