Need help ID-ing this vessel. Appears to be from a kit. Looking to buy it and would like to make a fair offer. Needs work as it was sitting under a summer cottage hull down for years. Thanks for any input you have.

Can't help with ID, but is it fair to use a dog to keep your boat upright?

This is a recreational rowing shell which should be worth a few hundred dollars if everything works and it doesn't leak too badly. You may be able to get a better valuation from a rowing web site. Good luck,
