The things you notice when you have canoes on the brain

I just returned from 2 weeks camping at our place in Baja California Norte, Mexico. Close to San Felipe on the Sea of Cortez, kind of the last place I would expect to come across a canoe, but my wife spoted this on the drive down. Thought it was prety cool. Can anyone identify the truck?

Looks like what started out as an old Ford had romantic congress with a late model, and ended up with a turbo 350 trans and modern wheels and tires. The pigeons certainly are enjoying it. Give you $50 for the Grumman if you climb up and hand it down......;)

I dunno, but given how close that whole thing is to the power lines... I'd be very careful about climbing up for a better look. ;)
