Hey, Andy--
OT 86407 is a 16 foot CS (you're right!) grade Yankee model with Western red cedar planking, open spruce wales, oak decks, and a keel-- painted light green and shipped April 13, 1925 to Crawford County, PA. There's a note on the back of the record (possibly an inquiry) dated 6/4/75 from Lewis Grigsley-- scans are attached below.
Scans of approximately 210,000 records were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
