Restoring a canoe from the late 40's or early 50's

I am restoring an old Canadian Canoe Company Model 50 from the late 40's.
The usual stuff is bad so looking to get some scraps to fix the ends up.
Need a couple of feet of planking, some inwale material and some stem material.
The decks are actually fine, just a few inches of the stem/inwales are bad on each end.

Anyhow, located in Ottawa, Canada and was wondering if anyone could help me out.
I could buy new but was hoping to get a better match with older wood.

I have attached a few pictures for illustration.

I will keep this build thread going with updates as I go.
Be kind, I am learning as I go :)
