Hello Hummy,
Old Town 131139 is a 16 foot CS (common sense, or middle) grade Yankee model canoe that was completed between December 1940 and February 1941. It has open spruce gunwales, ash decks/thwarts/seat frames, a keel and a floor rack. Originally it was bright red with a white hair line. The canoe was shipped to Macy's in NY on March 14, 1941. An inquiry was made concerning this canoe on 6/3/74 from someone in Walden, NY.
