Old Town Trapper

The Old Town canoe with serial number 130657 is 15 feet long, CS (common sense) grade, 50 pound model with, open spruce gunwales, ash decks, thwarts and seats, and equipped with a keel. It was built beginning in 1940 – the final varnish date is unreadable, as is the original exterior color. It was shipped on June 16, 1941 to The Weirs, New Hampshire.
