Larry Zuk - Legend of Paddling

I saw this award reported in our local Concord, MA paper last night. Larry, a Concord resident for many years, has moved out to Colorado, and the Colorado newspaper has a better article that can be found here:

Thanks for the link. I remember Larry well from the sailing assembly at Keuka. He's quite a character and his response, "I just sailed faster than the other guys" is so typical of him. His sailing canoe looked like he shopped at his local hardware store. Things looked pretty crude, but he obviosly knew what he was doing and was able to outsail guys fraction of his age. Larry was very helpful to me critiqueing my newly complete sail outfit. I'm sure the award is well deserved.
