Is this a Chestnut or possibly a Canadian Canoe Co canoe?

Rough measurements are 12' long 32" beam 12" deep. It came as a promotion for buying a cottage lot 1962-64 near Harcourt Ontario. There is a serial number stamped in 400 270 526, also an ink number stamped 707514, this may be from the restoration done in 2005. If anyone can help identify it and possibly give a value we would really appreciate the input. Thank you.

Thanks Bob, from your input we have researched further and it would seem that ours may be a Langford not only by the seat hanging screws you mentioned but also by the seat mounts themselves as well as the numbers on the stem board.
