Maybe this is a wild goose chase... I'll give it a try anyways.
There are 3 Chestnut deck logos that I can find. The Oromocto one was used from 1974 to 1978. The Fredericton 2, light green, I’ve always seen on canoes that were dated from 1960 to early 1970s. The Fredericton 1, dark green, I’ve not seen a lot but seems to alsways be associated with 1950s canoes. I don’t know when Chestnut started to use a deck decal. The Muskoka logo is new to me... I have not seen that many Chestnut canoes so this could be shot down really fast.
Would I be correct in assuming the following timeline?
Fredericton 1, dark green : 1950s to 1960
Fredericton 2, light green : 1960 to 1974
Oromocto : 1974 to 1978
Other logos I have not seen?
