Definitely a challenge to I.D. Where is the seller located?
Seems like a newer construction with the clear epoxy outer coat. The planking looks like western red cedar and is very tight with no gaps, like what you tend to see with newer builds where they knew the exterior would be clear rather than covered with canvas. Also looks like cherry outwales which were not really done on vintage boats. Very curious that there are no seats, just narrow thwarts which is sometime seen on boats by native builders or those influenced by the French Canadian tradition. That notched, arrow head deck is sometimes seen on native built "Huron" boats built in Quebec.
Wondering if this was a home build, or perhaps one of the earlier attempts at a cedar-epoxy build.
