Build order for OT canoe

I acquired an Old Town canoe, 18'. The serial number is 119805 18. I would like to see the build order so I can identify the model and the particulars of its construction. At this point I have more questions than answers about the canoe. I hope this is the correct place to ask for this information. I would like to receive a copy of the build order if this is possible. THANKS for any help you folks can give me. Norb Pintens The canoe has no canvas on it. planking needs to be replaced in areas. and cracked and split ribs need to be replaced, as well as stems and decks rebuilt, so I l need to restore it.

Hello Norb,

Old Town 119805 is an 18 foot GS (guide special) grade Guide model canoe that was completed from December 1936 to February 1937, with open spruce gunwales, oak decks, oak thwarts, oak seat frames and a keel. Original color was guide special gray. It was shipped on April 1, 1937 to Boutells in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As one who grew up in Minneapolis, I remember this chain of furniture stores that also carried sporting goods.
