old town yankee rebuild

Hi all I got this old girl a few years ago and tried to have her rebuilt but the canoe doc Larry said its to costly for him to do it but it could be done. And since I'm a perfectionist and deal with exact repairs in my world I would like to build a form for the old girl to rest on while i work...
