Just finished doing a re-finish on a recently purchased canoe. It was in good condition but needed some minor work and a colour change to suit my taste.

From what I was told it was modeled after the 1934 Chestnut Robinson/Crusoe.
I can say this although I just finished this weekend and have not had a chance to paddle it, by the lines I expect it to be a joy to paddle and fast
