Hey Folks looking for 35275 info on a boat I just picked up.
Serial Number for Old Town

Welcome and congratulations, the Old Town canoe with serial number 35275 is a 16 foot long, CS (common sense or middle) grade, Charles River model with red western cedar planking, closed spruce gunwales, ash decks, ash thwarts, ash seats, and a keel. It was built between November, 1914 and May, 1915. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on May 19th, 1915 to West Swanzey, New Hampshire.
This scan and several hundred thousand more were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
