Old Town 16 foot with sails (SN132062) worth $400?

Sounds like a bargain, but its been glassed over. Otherwise it's in pretty good shape. One broken inner gunwale and a few cracked ribs.

If it has the complete sail rig, yes, that would be a bargain. W/O the rig, overpriced cause of the glass.
