Hi, Your canoe is a 15" Trapper Model with keel. It was built in 1969, fiberglassed and sold to a store in San Francisco. There was an inquiry in 1991.
The scan of this record is attached below-- click on it to get a larger image. This scan and several hundred thousand others were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others. There's a Classifieds section on this web site, and you might also try the classifieds at paddling.com, and paddleswap.com. Craig's List & eBay might work, too, but the first three give you an audience of folks who are interested specifically in canoes.
