Tentative/Proposed agenda:

Friday evening Skip Johnson and Kim George of the Wenatchee Row & Paddle Club will describe the program which their club has incorporated into the Wenatchee School System. It includes the historic significance and recreational use of canoes with an emphasis on water safety.

Saturday morning Mike Elliott of Kettle River Canoes in British Columbia will introduce his newly published book, This Old Canoe: How to Restore Your Wood Canvas Canoe. He will also present information on the Greenwood canoe.

I've also invited the Grays Harbor College carpentry class to bring us up to date on the new canoe house. I would like them to participate in some canoeing activities so they can get the feel of the camp.

The seafood barbeque and potluck is again on the schedule for Saturday night. Hopefully fresh salmon will be available. This will be followed by the infamous chapter auction.

Paddling activities will also be included. If there are water activities, games, or races that you enjoy, please let me know.

The weekend will end with the Sunday morning general meeting, open to everyone.
