The beverage for those who prefer to paddle...
One more for your consideration:
We're halfway to a six-pack...
You mean halfway through a six-pack...
Or half way to the next one?
Another selection for Chris' 6-pack:
Cheers! Tom McCloud
On the eve of departing for a weekend full of Canoecopia, it seemed appropriate to raise a (cracked) glass to Father Hennepin, and perhaps pick a tune on a self-made guitar...
A couple of those and you'll be lucky if the glass is the only thing that's cracked!
That makes five for our multi-flavored six-pack. There has to be one more out there...
Did I hear six-pack?
Here's a few more;
Sounds like a location for Assembly?
We may need to go for a case now. Laurie found the one shown below in the store today. The web site at http://foundersbrewing.com/our-beer/all-day-ipa/?av-submitted=true has more details. This could be a great evening event at the Assembly where everyone brings their favorite beer with a canoe theme so we can see how many different ones we can find. Ken might want equal time for a similar event with wines and the ones from http://www.canoeridgevineyard.com/wines might be a good start. These may also improve the sales of the coolers shown at http://store.wcha.org/Green-12-Can-Insulated-Cooler.html from the WCHA store.
Hey Chris, Here's another for your collection, the un-official ALE of the 2018 WCHA Assembly in Peterborough. Paddler's Ale is brewed by Publican House in Peterborough where some of us ate supper, and enjoyed the malt pop. And they have a tie-in with the Canadian Canoe Museum, a portion of sales going to support the museum. Good enough reason for me to have another. Tom McCloud
Not sure if it might have been mentioned previously, but there's Whistling Paddler Ale, from Whitewater Brewing, in Ottawa.
