First Time Restore of a 1919 OT Otca

I'd like to thank Benson Gray for doing a serial number search for me and getting me the information on my canoe. As a show of appreciation, I did join the WCHA.

I'm going to try to restore this canoe to original colors. I've never done a canoe restoration before, so I'm expecting to learn a lot. I'm going to have to do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. Finding the right color paint might be an issue. There appear to be a few missing pieces.

Congress Park is a neighborhood in Brookfield, IL. It found was in a barn in the driftless area SW Wisconsin.

It has some issues for sure, but nothing that can't be fixed.

Looks like you have a great canoe. Good luck with the restoration. Please post pictures as you go.
