   Michaux Hiker Enthusiastic about Wooden Canoes

   Does anybody know what manufacturer of this canoe is? Its being sold at an auction. Sale ad says Old Town style canoe but it doesn't look like an Old Town.

   It could be an Old Town Otca model from before 1957. See http://www.wcha.org/forums/index.php?threads/3425/ for another example. Get the serial number to be sure.
