I’m always on the lookout for good books. I am not familiar with the Pinkerton book. What approach does it take?

Morris canoe, Rushton Indian Girl canoe, and Tom Mackenzie birchbark canoe. (Not books -- real canoes.)

Great book and we really enjoyed meeting the authors at last Summer’s Assembly. Magnificent canoes!

I would love to have that library collection! I am on the hunt for Jerry Stelmok's "Building the Maine Guide Canoe" Does anyone happen to know where I can find one? Looking on the web, all I can find are beat up copies.

Andy, Thank you for the link. It was just what I was looking for.

Dan, you link is a perfect gift for my son who completed a backwater canoe trip with the Boy Scouts last year. He spent two weeks paddling into Quetico Provincial Park.
