Bedding compound oozing through primer

Some oil from the Dolfinite is permeating the primer from under the keel. Should I just give it a few days to stop or is this a problem? I guess I'll clean it off and see if it continues. Is this usual?

If it's something you can wipe off, then do that. But I'd just keep painting, Oil based paint, right?
