any interest in a Appalachian chapter?

I'm thinking there are several WC owners and paddlers in Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia and Tennessee but we don't have a nearby chapter to meet occasionally. I'm planning a get-together in southwest Virginia for May 2007 and am curious if anyone in this region would like to come?
