Any Idea What This Is?

Hi, This is a canoe which I may be asked to restore? The position of the thwarts, the high ends and decks make me think an Old Town OTCA but I'm not sure. They've not found a serial number or any markings? I have not seen the canoe only this picture. I'm also curious what that is down the middle of the inside of the hull? Any help is appreciated.
