I am new to the canoeing world, but I just finished restoring a 1976 Old Town wood and fiberglass canoe. It took about three months with lots of late nights. Surprisingly, I was able to salvage most of the original hull and frame, with the exception of the gunwales.
This is the first time I've ever worked on a canoe, or rather boats in general, so any questions or criticisms are welcome.
