photos

When I want to post a photo/ image it asks me only to insert a URL . how come it doesn't give me an option of download from computer? am I missing something? I'm not to good with this stuff anyway. Iv'e done this before. did something change. Thanks, Dave

It looks like when it's a private conversation it doesn't give me the option to download a file

I just clicked on “upload a file” and a window came up asking to choose from photo library, take a photo, or browse.
I clicked on photo library and selected the photo below.

If someone private messages you though , and you respond to that message, The upload a file option is not their. Not that it's a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
